This is one of, if not the best experiences that we have had with a tradesman. Sam gave us a quote for a broken pipe repair and then on the day he came and did the job discovered that because of the very poor plumbing work by the builders (Jalshank & Associates) that the job was going to take him significantly longer. He had planned that the job would take about half a day to complete yet in reality it took about 12 hours. Sam did not charge us a cent more than he originally quoted and he even offered to come back and replace some pine bark where he dug the day before. We are thoroughly happy with the work that Sam and Zak did. I had all but lost faith that there were still tradies who take pride in their work. We 100% recommend Sam and he will be the first person we call if we need a plumber in the future.. Well Done Sam.
